Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas addresses the 66th United Nations General Assembly at UN headquarters in New York Abbas on Friday handed over a historic request to UN chief Ban Ki-moon asking the United Nations to admit the state of Palestine as a full member. This is the third part of his speech to the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
