I have worked for car dealerships my intire adult life. Fot 20 years of my entire life i have made car dealers rich by providing great service on vehicle parts and service of their cars and trucks. I always made sure we took very good care of number one and that was always the custumer to me. Telling my self that always made me a better sales peorson and also had each of my custumers ask to do every time. So to look at desided to start my owen buisness 5 issue i made sure i might only hire people that will have my same mentality. The only thing i would do different is not have the same mark up for the reason that dealership. Their overhead was so big they had to do that just to stay with buissness.
