Lawrence, Kansas has been under siege from nonstop weather extremes. It's either raining cats and dogs, dumping whole feet of snow, or so blisteringly hot camels are collapsing in the street. No Ultimate Frisbee has been played for weeks. Something must be done! An enterprising group of college roommates decide to hold weatherman Ted Smith accountable for his inability to bring stability to the weather and replace him with a German Hobo by the name of Gruber Finklestein. Creating a grass roots political or "Weatherological" movement, the roommates resort to traditional and social media to get their message across to the powers-that-be.
